- Leader of Duty.
- Found inside his office next to a large warehouse (to the right off the back alley which leads to the 100 Rads Bar.
- Plays a much larger role in Lost Alpha compared to Shadow of Chernobyl.

- He helps Strelok in obtaining a safe passage trough radar and getting his attempts to reach Pripyat. He also assists in reuniting Strelok with the rest of his old crew.
