Overview

v1.30013+:

• Similar physical appearance to the Bubble but with differently coloured texture.
• Only available to the player by looting dead NPCs to v1.4002.
• Not yet found in the wild or any stashes to v1.4002.
• Spawned by some Vortex anomalies from v1.4005.

v1.4007:

• Property set revamped.
• Upper level "weight carry" property enhanced.
• Generally more available compared to previous releases.

Notes

v1.4007:

• One artifact Placement provisionally exists on Old Road in an outbuilding at the Bandit Farmstead.

• The Soother may be created by the player using an Artifact Merger, however, the recipe is normally unavailable.
