Find improved "TRs 301" is a side mission given by Nimble. Though it is just called "Find the item" in the PDA.

Overview[]
The mission consists of two sub-tasks
- Find the improved LR-300 (not shown before v1.4005)
- Bring the customer what's been promised.
Find the improved LR-300[]
- Flip open the PDA and look at the map of the Military Warehouses. There will be a purple briefcase icon displaying the location of the item. (v1.4002 only)
- The rifle is on the top floor of the water tower in the Bloodsucker village.

- Return the rifle to Nimble in the Rookie Village.
Notes[]
- The PDA does NOT update when you pick up the item. You will still get a sound notification and a PDA icon in the left part of the screen. (v1.4002 only)
- If you stored the item in a container. There will be a quest marker that looks like a purple briefcase showing it's position. (v1.4002 only)
- The detailed task information states "Find and bring to Nimble rare instance of equipment".
- There will be five Chimeras waiting outside the water tower afterwards.
- There is a bug in v1.4005, which makes Nimble disappear as soon as you get close to his location, if you do not talk to Kolovrat first and solve his quest before taking the rifle to Nimble.
- Another bug in v1.4007 breaks this mission. The rifle in the water tower has the internal ID wpn_lr300_m2 while Nimble requests a wpn_lr300_m1. There are a few ways to mitigate the bug:
- Use the LA: Tools Kit to spawn a wpn_lr300_m1.
- After completion of the Access the lab and kill the bloodsuckers mission three Loners move into the Rostok Loner Camp. One of them carries the requested weapon, but will not give it voluntarily. The NPC's name is Raven, and he can also be encountered on the Cordon side of the level changer to Rostok Factory if you leave shortly after completing X-14. This presents a chance to get the weapon, as he will probably pick a fight with the Military and get killed.
- Edit the gamefile config\misc\task_manager.ltx at line 1240 to let a wpn_lr300_m2 be the target of Nimbles task.
- The (theoretical) objective of this task, a Sniper TRs 301, is on the board independent of the player working for Nimble or not (v1.4007).
