Overview[]

Located on the roof of a building without laddered access.
Considerately, the previous owners arranged for a sizable quantity of containers and packing crates to enable climbing / leaping onto the roof.

Notes[]

If your version of LA does not allow picking up and stacking items, as in LADC Extended v2.82 (Build #7956) get on the retaining wall, approach the nearest point of the "gas station" and make a running leap to the nearest corner of the building.
Lightening of your load by stashing items such as an exo suit might be necessary to make the jump.
