- Alex is located in the Loner Camp in Construction Site.
- The player may need to visit him if doing the side mission for Lukash since he has information that is useful to the player.
- He also has a side mission of his own to offer: Help destroy the fuel cache which takes place on Darkscape.
- No longer a Trader after v1.3003.
- Becomes a Technician from v1.4000.
